SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:

•        Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - FREE on orders over $50

•        Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $9.95

•        Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $19.95

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM MST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons and promotional periods.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to:

•        P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

•        International addresses

•        Certain states where our products may not comply with local regulations (we will notify you if restrictions apply to your location)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the link in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@getlivyn.com with photos of the damaged packaging and products. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the original ship date and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
