We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

        Returned within 30 days of delivery date

        Product must be unopened and in original sealed packaging

        Product must not be expired or close to expiration (within 60 days)

        Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Important: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products. If you received a defective or damaged product, please see our Defective Product Policy below.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

2.     Provide your order number and reason for return

3.     We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions

4.     Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RA number clearly visible

5.     Ship the return to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Subscription Orders
